About Me
MY
Story
I grew up in Chelmsford MA with my two sisters and mom. In school was always into sports and played basketball, field hockey and gymnastics. I was ALWAYS moving. In high school I focused mainly on basketball. I went to college for Medical Assisting and while in school I always stayed active whether it was snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking or just going to the gym.
Out of college I started working at Lahey Clinic in their Internal Medicine department. In 2013 my sister got me a membership at the Pure Barre for my birthday. I wasn’t sure what Pure Barre was but I took my first class and immediately became hooked. After my month was up I decided I was going to renew and continue to go. That was when the owner invited me for coffee and asked if I’d be interested in becoming a teacher. This was the moment I knew I wanted to move into the fitness industry. After becoming an instructor I decided to get my personal training certification to learn more about the body and movement.
I left Pure Barre in 2017 and continued to Personal Train but it was at the end of 2017 that I applied for a position at LifeTime Athletic. I started teaching Group Fitness and Cycle classes and learned so much more aside from Barre and PT. Once the pandemic hit I began to work from home and teach virtual classes and personal training and gained the confidence to start my own business and brand!
Today…
Now I reside in Westford MA where I continue my love for fitness and my passion for helping others find what works for them and reach their fitness goals.
I am married to my amazing husband Steve and have two incredible babies Olivia and Asher (3 and 1) …they keep me on my toes…literally. Olivia is already learning all about fitness as she helps me get ready for my virtual classes/personal training clients and can squat lower than I can ;)
After 8 years of being in the fitness industry I am still doing what I love to do and I am so thankful that I get to support and guide others as they embark on their own personal fitness journey.
